For guests exceeding the maximum occupancy, an extra bed charge of USD 60 per night (including breakfast) applies. Children under 12 sharing existing bedding are free.

A valid passport and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. The main credit card holder must be the person staying in the villa.

All special requests (e.g., room location, dietary needs, need for cribs or extra beds) are subject to availability and should be communicated before arrival. The hotel will do its best to accommodate but cannot guarantee.

The hotel accepts cash in USD and major credit cards. All incidental charges will be settled at check-out. For prepaid rates, the room cost is collected during booking; any extras are payable directly.

While resort islands are typically relaxed, guests are kindly reminded that topless sunbathing and nude bathing are prohibited in the Maldives. Alcohol is served only on resort islands and not on local island visits.
