Extra person charges apply for the third guest in a villa (adult USD 120 per night; child USD 60 per night) and include extra bedding, breakfast and dinner. The maximum occupancy for each villa category is stated in the room details.

A valid passport and the credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in. All guests are required to have a valid onward or return ticket to enter the Maldives.

Special requests such as honeymoon set-up, dietary requirements, or room location preferences are welcomed and subject to availability. Please mention these at the time of booking.

A security deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges. This can be authorised on a credit card or paid in cash; it is fully refundable upon check-out.

The resort is family-friendly with a supervised kids' club, children's pool, and a range of activities suitable for all ages. However, overwater villas are not recommended for infants or toddlers; these villas have a dedicated ladder access to the lagoon and may pose a fall risk. Please ensure children are supervised.

The Maldives is a Muslim country; public displays of affection such as kissing are generally avoided. Topless sunbathing is strictly prohibited. Guests are encouraged to wear respectful attire when visiting local islands.
