An extra adult in Deluxe Ocean View Room is charged USD 60 per night (includes breakfast and dinner). Children aged 2-12 sharing existing bedding incur USD 30 per night. Extra bed charges apply additionally.

A valid passport or government-issued ID is required at check-in. A refundable security deposit of USD 50 per room may be requested.

Special requests (e.g., honeymoon arrangements, room preferences) are subject to availability and should be communicated at least 48 hours before arrival.

Full payment for the stay is due upon check-in. We accept cash (USD, EUR, or Maldivian Rufiyaa) and all major credit cards. A 3% processing fee applies to payments made by credit card.

The property is family-friendly. Children's menu is available at buffet, and a shallow-end pool area is designated for young children. However, the house reef drops off sharply and may not be suitable for unsupervised children.

As the hotel is located on a local inhabited island, guests are asked to respect Maldivian culture. Alcohol is served only within the hotel premises and not on public beaches or in villages. Wearing modest clothing is advised when walking through Maafushi village.
