Any additional adult beyond the maximum occupancy may be charged USD 30.00 per night, including extra bed and breakfast. All extra-person charges must be settled directly with the property.

A valid passport or National ID is required at check-in. Tourists visiting the Maldives receive a free 30-day visa on arrival.

Special requests such as room location, dietary preferences, and airport transfers should be sent to the property after booking and are subject to availability.

A 30% advance payment is required for all confirmed bookings during local Maldivian holidays and peak season. Other bookings may follow the policy of the booking platform used.

The property is suitable for children, but there are no on-site playgrounds or swimming pools. Parents should supervise young children near the beach and sea.

The Maldives is a Muslim country. Guests should dress modestly when visiting inhabited islands and local communities, and alcohol is not served or permitted on inhabited islands.
