The shallow house reef and kids' specific facilities make the resort family-friendly. However, for safety, children under 6 are not recommended for overwater villas due to open water access.

Maldivian culture is conservative. Topless and nude sunbathing are strictly prohibited. Swimwear is acceptable at beaches and pools; modest dress is appreciated in restaurants and public areas.
