Arrival Customer Service Report…
This unique technique gives you a comprehensive update on your clients no sooner they arrive at their booked Resort. Our Customer Service Officers are in regular contact with the Airports and are responsible for reporting any situations such as flight delays, delays in transfer due to sea / weather conditions, etc, to Customer Support Officers in the Office.
Calling Your Clients
We ensure that your clients are contacted by phone once during their valuable holiday. We use this method to ensure that your clients are enjoying a fantastic holiday with us. In case of an emergency where clients urgently require our presence at their Resort, we would be pleased to go that extra mile to ensure that your clients are satisfied.
We Throw In Something Extra Special
We provide your clients with two copies of vouchers (for the Resort and the client), plus a personalized welcome letter. All these come in an attractive pouch and will be handed over on arrival at the Airport. We also provide gifts for those who visit the Maldives on special occasions such as their Honeymoon, Wedding or on Incentive travel. We believe that whether it is a coupon for a future discount, booklet on the Maldives or a genuine smile, people love to receive more than they expected. Furthermore we do not believe that a gesture has to be large to be effective. For instance, our local Art Framing supplier provides a package of of picture hangers with every picture he frames or a cloth bag with beach images of the Maldives. It may be a small gesture but very much appreciated.
